I met with Justin the owner to discuss a plan for new gutters and some soffit repairs. We walked around my home and he explained with samples to see, how a larger gutter size would dramatically improve how the rain water gets drained away from my home. He was professional and not at all “sales pushy”. I’m a 25 year home remodeling business owner and licensed home inspector so I can say with confidence I don’t miss details. Justin texted me a few days later to confirm a start date of the next day. His crew showed up 8:00 am sharp. They were very personable and friendly. We discussed exactly what was to be done before Justin showed up to also confirm the details. My house looks great and they did an awesome job 100%. They walked me around after a water test of the gutters and then they cleaned up literally as if they were never there. Great guys! They left me a box with a nice coffee cup and bag as a customer appreciation gift. Smart businessman! Everything was great from initial meeting with Marty up to the job being finished. The work was done faster than I thought it would take, less than half a day. The crew did a great job of cleaning up all the crap that they cleaned out of my gutters, and the finished product looks great. We’ve received a couple compliments from neighbors on how it looks. Two things that convinced me to go with this: 1. The way the guards match the roof tiles for a seamless appearance, 2. No more dealing with flat guard that need to have stuff swept out the collects in them. I also like the idea of using local companies rather than large conglomerates. Again, I was impressed from start to finish. I would recommend these folks and their product wholeheartedly.

I contracted Justin and Turtle Shell in the late summer of 2024 to replace old gutters. He performed a thorough assessment in person and provided clear options. His pricing was a bit higher overall than other estimates, but he conveyed confidence in the quality of work to be expected. Additionally, the proprietary Turtle Shell seamless gutter is a superior gutter system vs standard gutters or the generic gutters with screens attached. I don't want to be constantly cleaning out gutters throughout the non-winter months. I've gone up the latter since installation and his proprietary gutters work. Plus, he offers lifetime free cleaning if, for whatever reason, the gutters do become clogged with debris. Working with Justin and his team was an easy experience overall. He was responsive throughout the project and his team did quality work in about a week's time. He quickly came out to a address a couple of questions that I had about the final install.
